Life of Wonder

        Crowded world, wondering everything that happened to people’s lives. Loving someone had been difficult through multiple reason. Increasing number of population had sought to encourage humanity to either live a good life or only becoming sufficient for society. Acknowledging reality may not be an easy task to understand the hardship everyone had gone through. Gentleman had perished so much that we never understood what is the quality to be called gentleman. Ainsley figuring out what is all about. He had gone to countries to explore fulfilling the curiosity of him. Country Spain was one of the place he visited. Stunned by the beauty of the city made him realized the great adventure of the world has to offer. He figured out that the best place to get food was at street food area. Walking through the area to get the food he wanted to eat. Queuing for his turn to purchase the food had taken time to eat. Rumbling stomach got him thinking to look around. He saw a woman sitting on a bench next to the street food booth. Unfortunately, he started to realize that he may have a chance to know her. Finally, he was called to order. Somehow, he started to get confused which food he had to order. Eventually, he came up with nachos. He put his courage to approach the woman. The time he approached the woman, she started to finish her burrito. It was ending up eating nachos on the bench by himself. She started to look back and forgot an item. It was her business card. She came back to look up for the item. It turned out it was left behind on the bench. Initiative action was made to give her back the business card. However, he had confused to understand reason that got left behind. The card was given back by him to Adelicia, her name shown on the business card. The woman asked “how do you know my name?”. Replied Ainsely “it on your business card detail”. “thank you” said Adelica. Ainsley started to put his courage to ask her. “Do you like to switch phone number?” implied. Ainsley responded “Was it on the business card too?”. Ainsley teased “I’m not a robot or data base to make it clear”. She started to rumbling with laughter. Phone number was shared. Ainsley started to finish his nachos and look around the area. He felt butterfly wondering what can happen after. The next day, she did not reply and started to feel it was time-consuming. Nevertheless, he is able to cope with unfortune moment. He started to fly back to his home country united states with the hope that love may be founded. It was the last day of the group tour managed by a travel agency. The meeting had had made the journey sporadically into joy and disappointment.

Call from anonymous phone call was ringing. He was currently back to home country. He pick up the call and started to wonder if it seemed the woman that he met near the street food counter. “Hello, who is this?” said Ainsley. The anonymous caller replied “I was that woman you met back in spain”. He was shocked. He thought there would be no continuity after. Eventually, they started to get to know each other. Phone call was hanged up. It was that the business card that was outdated. She was intended to leave the business card due to outdated card. Fortunately, she had his number on her phone to tell what really happened at the time. Several weeks later, they started to get closer with each other even though they had significant distance. Adelica was not replying for several days to the messages. Ainsley started to get confused of the reason why messages were not answered. Surprisingly, someone knocking on front of the door. He was thinking the pizza delivery guy. It turned out there was a letter sent from Spain. He is intrigued by the mail sent. He immediately opened the letter and started reading it.

“Dear Ainsley,

We had talked a lot about each other but unfortunately, I’m unsure where this would go with our long-distance connection.

Warm Regards,

Adelica”.

The letter was compacted for everything that happened except the good part. Ainsley started to understand that she might be seeing someone else.

He visited the nearest park to get some fresh air to relax. Thinking whether it was worth it or not. Somehow, middle-aged women started to sit next to him looking older than Adelica. They make eye contact several times talking about trying to figure out what is the world is for them. Middle-aged women named Emily had the same interest like-minded person. Ainsley begin to fall in love with her but unsure about Emily herself. It happens really quick that their hands started to touch each other. They started to realize it was too soon then they swept away their hands getting awkward between them. In contrast, they kept the conversation for a while. Several minutes later they left the bench to go back to each other’s home. The next day, Ainsley went to his workplace. It was part of his holiday from work. He was working in an office building middle part of skyscrapers and wonder whether extraordinary existence ever existed beyond stars and sky above. Looking at the theme of the city made him felt as a fine man. However, there is something missing. Hence, he started to back to work. Emily was eventually working next to his, the same floor. They saw each other start to talk about facts wonder what adventure be like out there. Afterwards, they started to feel something wiggling there on chest. Emily started to ask to share each other contact. Ainsley was immersed his business card to Emily as it was quite packed. In Ainsley mind “why didn’t I ask it”, “maybe she’s the one”. A week later nothing came in to his phone. Another they passed by that is written “Hi, do you like to meet up at the first time we met “. Ainsley replied “Yes sure”. After work, he went to the place they met. Ainsley came earlier than Emily. She apologized for being late. They both were looking at the star gazing wondering “Are we alone in this universe” said Emily “I never met some like you wondering things around as if I the only person that’s aware until I met you” added Emily. Ainsley answered “I know, people work, day in day out but never wonder how everything happened”. They started to look each other in the eyes holding hands exchange vows falling in love as if the world is their oyster. Looking around again to the stars and “maybe is it that love is the purpose” Emily gently said. It began to get silent quiet sound from small river flow under a bridge. Ainsley seemed to feel she was the one he was looking for, like-minded person. Ainsley asked her to come over to his place. They started to talk at night about life itself while walking back to his. Exchange vows to the only purpose of wondering had happened in time. It can be that the purpose seemed similar to fata morgana. The life that was cherished by Ainsley ended to continue together. It pleased to similar to Adam and Eve where the vows exchange for genuine of the purpose of life. Furthermore, they lived together getting closer and closer until they started to become old and grey.
